Our Mission Statement:

Michael Douglas:

My mission is to use my 15 years of lived experience in addiction, homelessness, and recovery, along with my service as a Marine veteran and my work as a peer counselor and substance use disorder professional to guide others out of darkness and into stability, purpose, and self-worth. Through mentorship, accountability, and compassion, I am committed to helping individuals break cycles, rebuild their lives, and realize their full potential.

Ryan Neble:

Ryan Neble brings over 23 years of lived experience with incarceration and addiction, and now celebrates four years of sustained recovery. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries at Regent University, he combines personal transformation with academic training to deliver compassionate, credible, and effective outreach and reentry support. His work is rooted in helping others achieve lasting recovery, stability, and purpose.
